TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How to Take a Talent Off "Hold"

If Talent are on “Hold” they will not show up in general and role searches. To take a Talent off "Hold," please follow the steps below. 

1. Using the first letter of the talent’s first name, utilize the “Quick Search” drop down located under the “Logout” button on your left navigation bar
2. Find the talent that you would like to take off “Hold” 
3. Click on the “E” icon located on the right side of the talent's headshot
   
4. Below the text field titled “Permanent Note” in the Personal Data section, there is a drop down labeled “On Hold?”
   
5. Toggle “No” and press the blue “Save” button
   
   
6. Your talent is now off “Hold” and will appear normally in searches
