Changing Your Username/Password/Email

To change your Username, Password or Email Address, please contact the Agent/Manager Support Department at repsupport@castingfrontier.com or give us a call at 323-300-6129.

How to Add Talent to your Roster
-
Talent must request you as their representation to connect to your roster.
-
Have your talent login to their profile
-
Have talent choose the “More Options” drop down, and select the “Change Representation” option
-
Have talent choose your company name via the “Agent” drop down list
-
Have talent choose the department they would like you to rep them via the “Type” drop down list
-
Have them press “add” - this request will go to your “Pending Talent Requests” tab where you are able to accept, keep on pending, or deny the request
-

Talent must be in the same region as your company for them to see your name within the list of Agencies.

How to Release Talent from your Roster

Find the talent you want to release via your “Search” tab from your left navigation bar
-
Select the talent via the check box at the bottom right corner of their headshot
-
Click on the blue “Actions” button in the top right corner of the page
-
Select the “Release Selected Talent” Option
-
You are able to select multiple talent, and release them from your roster this way.

Finding New Talent for your Roster

Login to your Agency/Management profile
-
Click the “Talent Finder” tab from your left navigation bar
-
Fill out the fields with the criteria you are looking for
-
Get more in-depth by choosing the “Advanced Search” button

Now you can contact the talent you are interested in.

Select the checkbox of the talent you’d like to contact
-
Click the blue “Actions” button in the top right corner and select “Email Selected Talent”
-
This will bring you to a page where you can send an email to the talent you’ve selected
-

Searching for Talent on your Roster

Talent must be connected to your roster prior to doing a search.

General Search:

Login to your Agency/Management profile

Click the “Search” tab from your left navigation bar

Fill out the fields with the criteria you are looking for

Get more in-depth by choosing the “Advanced Search” button

How to View your Entire Roster
-
Talent must be connected to your roster prior to doing a search.

Login to your Agency/Management profile

Click the “Search” tab from your left navigation bar

Click the “View All Talent” button located under the bolded words, “Search Criteria”

Los Angeles - Agents will need a Talent Agency License per the State of CA

New York - Theatrical Agents will need a Talent Agency License per the State of NY

Taking Talent Off “Hold”
-
If talent are on “Hold” they will not show up in general and role searches.

Using the first letter of the talent’s first name, utilize the “Quick Search” drop down located under the “Logout” button on your left navigation bar

Find the talent that you would like to take off “Hold”
-
Click on the “E” icon located on the right side of the talents headshot
-
Underneath the section titled “Permanent Note”, there is a drop down labeled “On Hold?”
-
Toggle “No” and press the blue “Save” button
-

Your talent is now off “Hold” and will appear normally in searches
-

Archiving Projects
-
Login to your account
-
Find the project you want to archive
-
In the “Archive” column on the right side of the page, select the checkbox associated with the project you’d like to archive
-
Click the “Archive” button within the “Archive” column’s title.
You must switch to “Archive” view in order to see the project you’ve archived.

On the “Projects” page, at the top left corner next to the bolded words, “Projects” click on the “View” drop down
-
Click the “Archived” option
-
You are now viewing all of the projects that you have archived.
-
To Un-Archive, simply choose the “Unarchive” button associated with the project
-
Run a Talent Report
-
There are 2 types of Talent Reports on Casting Frontier:
-
Job & Role Report - This can be found while editing a talent’s profile under the “Reports” tab.
-
This tab will show you: Project Date, Project Name, Role Name and the Casting Director for all project this specific talent was submitted to that year

Job & Role Count - This can be found on the project page within in the blue header select the “Reports” tab.
-
This tab will show: the number-count of submission, auditions, callbacks, avails and bookings for a specific talent, or your entire roster.
