Uninstall / Reinstall iSession

Uninstall

1. Quit iSession

2. Go to the Applications folder > find iSession Titanium > drag it to the trash

3. Go down to the dock > right click on the application > options > Remove From Dock

4. Once that’s done, go up to the Apple Menu bar > click Go > hold down Option > you will see a Library folder appear in the Go Menu > select Library

5. Once Library is selected, it’ll open up the Library contents (a User library). Look for a folder called Application Support. There are two folders: iSession Titanium and iSession Steel. Drag both of those folders to the trash.

6. Exit out of the Application Support folder.

7. Go back to the User Library. Open the Preferences folder. Scroll down until you find anything that has the iSession or Casting Frontier name. Drag those files to the trash when you find them.

8. Empty Trash. This fully & correctly uninstalls iSession.

• If the user needs to completely remove all previous captured footage/back up data:

  • Remove the CastingFacilities folder from the desktop and the CastingFrontierVideos from the documents folder.

Reinstall

1. Download iSession from the zip file.

2. Once it’s ready, drag it from the install window to both your applications folder and your dock.
