TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How To Forward a Self-Tape Request to Talent

This article will explain how to forward Self-Tape requests to talent on your roster. 

When new self-tape requests come in for your talent, the Self-Tape tab on the left-hand side of your Casting Frontier account will appear Green with the number of self-tapes that need to be actioned. 

To notify the talent of the self-tape request, click into the Self-Tape tab. Here you will see all available self-tapes. You can choose to notify your talent by selecting the check box associated with the desired talent and clicking Send (1) Requests to Actors. 

Alternatively, you have the option to upload the media on behalf of the talent. To do this, simply click on Upload Video. From there, a pop-up window will open on your screen. Scroll all the way to the bottom of that window, and select Upload Media. You will then be able to add 5 total pieces of media per audition. Finally, once all media has been uploaded, select Send Audition.
