TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How do I manage my Roster?
This article provides Talent Representatives with a clear guide on how to add new talent, locate specific talent, and the steps to release talent from their agency or management roster. Ensuring your roster is organized allows you to efficiently manage your clients and prepare them for submissions.
How do I view all talent on my roster?
Before performing a search, please ensure talent are already connected to your roster. To see every talent currently on your roster, follow these steps:
Login to your Agency/Management profile.
Click the Search tab from your left navigation bar.
Click the View All Talent button located under the bolded words, "Search Criteria."
How do I perform a general search for talent?
If you need to find talent based on specific attributes or criteria, use the general search function:
Login to your Agency/Management profile.
Click the Search tab from your left navigation bar.
Fill out the fields with the criteria you are looking for.

How do I add new talent to my roster?
Creating a New Talent Profile
If you are representing a performer who does not yet exist in our database, you can create a profile for them directly from your account. This ensures they are immediately available on your roster for submissions.
Log in to your Casting Frontier account.
Navigate to the left-side menu and select Add Talent.
Fill out all the required fields in the profile form.
Save the profile to add them to your roster.
Adding Talent Who Already Have an Account
For performers who already have an existing Casting Frontier account, they will need to link their profile to your agency. You can handle this in a few different ways:
Talent Self-Service: You can ask your talent to log in to their own profile and add your agency or management name manually.
Acting Application: It is often best practice to have your talent sign up for a free account using our easy acting application and list you as their representative during the process.
Support Assistance: Talent can message our support team, to request a roster update
Note: To ensure security and privacy, talent must authorize the connection to your agency profile.
How do I release talent from my roster?
The following steps detail how to release and/or drop talent from your talent roster. You can select an individual or use the same process to release multiple talent at once.
Find the talent you want to release via your Search tab from your left navigation bar.
Select the talent via the check box at the bottom right corner of their headshot.
Click on the blue Actions button in the top right corner of the page.
Select the Release Selected Talent option.
Can I release more than one person at a time?
Yes. Talent Agents and Managers have the option to select multiple talent check boxes and release them from the roster simultaneously using the Actions menu.
