TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How do I approve a talent's request to join my roster?

This article will walk you through the steps they need to take to assist your Talent in being added to your roster. This will also cover where you can find their requests for approval. We want to make sure your roster management is as smooth as possible!


Requirements for Adding Representation

Before a talent can request to add you as their representative, they must have a Casting Frontier account set to the same region as your Agency. For example, if a talent lists their region as NYC, they will not be able to add a Representative located in LA.

How Talent Sends a Request

  1. The talent must log into their Casting Frontier Talent Account.

  2. They should click on More Options and then select Change Representation.

  3. The talent will type the name of your agency and select it from the Agent dropdown menu.

  4. They must select the Type of representation (e.g., Agent or Manager) from the dropdown menu.

  5. Finally, they click the blue Add button to send the request to you.

How to Approve Pending Requests

Once the talent has submitted their request, you can find and approve it by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Projects tab on the left-hand menu of your account.

  2. Select the Pending Talent Requests tab at the top of the page to view and manage incoming requests.
