TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How do I manage text message notifications?

This article provides step-by-step instructions for Talent Representatives on how to enable or disable SMS alerts for auditions and self-tape requests. We want to make sure you never miss a beat when it comes to your clients' opportunities, so follow these quick steps to get your mobile preferences exactly where you need them.

To start receiving text alerts for your Talent Representative account, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on Preferences on the Navigation Bar. 

   

3. Click into the Text Messaging tab. 

   

4. Click on Click to activate SMS Messages for auditions and self tape requests. 

   

5. Enter the phone number you would like to receive text messages at and click Send Verification SMS. 

   

6. Enter the 6-digit verification code that was texted to your phone, and then click the Confirm button. 

   

If you would like to stop receiving text alerts, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on Preferences on the Navigation Bar. 

   

3. Click into the Text Messaging tab. 

   

4. Click on Click here to stop receiving text messages from Casting Frontier. 

   

5. In the message that appears, be sure to click Confirm.
