TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How Do I Use Chat Support to Contact Casting Frontier?

This article provides Talent Representatives with a guide on how to access and use our live chat support feature. Use this tool to get real-time assistance with your account questions and learn the best ways to reach our team during and after business hours.


What is Chat Support?

Chat support is a feature that allows you to reach us directly through the website for live assistance on any questions or concerns you may have. This gives you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses while allowing our team to actively guide you to a resolution.

How to Reach Chat Support

  1. Click on the chat bubble in the lower left-hand corner of your account.

  2. Once the bubble is selected, you will see several options. Select Agent Manager Account to be redirected to the correct support department.

  3. After selecting the correct department, choose the option that best matches your specific request to help us narrow down your question.

  4. You will then be asked to answer a few questions to help our support members find your account. Please respond with the name and email address listed on your account.

  5. Once these questions are answered, you will receive an automated response.

Please allow a few minutes for a team member to reach out, as these messages are answered in the order they are received. A live support member will assist you as quickly as possible!

Hours for Chat Support

The hours for chat support are 9:30am to 6pm PT. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, please feel free to email our support team directly.
