CASTING DIRECTOR: How do I use Chat Support?

This article explains how to access and use the live chat feature on Casting Frontier to get real-time assistance with your account, projects, or technical questions.


What is Chat Support?

Chat support is a feature that allows you to reach us directly through the website for LIVE assistance on any questions or concerns you may have. This gives you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses, allowing our team to actively guide you to a resolution.

How to Reach Chat Support

  1. Click on the chat bubble in the lower corner of your account.

  2. Once the bubble is selected, you will receive a few options. Make sure to select Casting Director Account to be redirected to the correct support department.

  3. Once the correct department is selected, you will be given a few options to narrow down your question. Make the selection that best matches your request.

  4. After the best selection has been made, you will be asked to answer a few questions to help the support member find your account. Please respond with the name and email address listed on your account.

  5. Once these questions have been answered, you will receive an automated response. Please allow a few minutes for a team member to reach out, as these messages are answered in the order they are received. A LIVE support member will reach out to assist you as quickly as possible!
