TALENT REPRESENTATIVE: How Do I Submit Talent to a Project?
This article explains how Talent Representatives can submit their clients to projects on Casting Frontier. Whether you're searching by specific role criteria or using your own filters, this guide ensures your talent is seen by casting directors for the right opportunities.
Requirements for Submission
Talent must have a Casting Frontier profile. If talent does not have a CF profile, agents are unable to submit them to projects.
Step-by-Step Submission Instructions
Select the Projects tab. This tab shows all available projects you can submit on.
Click on the specific project you would like to submit talent to.
Click the Search button attached to the specific role you are interested in.
Search for your talent using one of these methods:
To search using different criteria than what the role asks for, press the blue Clear button to wipe the auto-filled information.
To use the role’s specific criteria to search your roster, press the green Search button.
Locate the talent and click on their headshot. The headshot will be highlighted in green to indicate they are selected.
Note: If you aren't ready to submit yet, you can press "Return to Project." Your selections will be saved in your "Selected Bin."
Once you have selected the talent, press the green Submit Talent Now button to review the submission.
After reviewing, press the green Submit Talent Now button again to officially submit the talent to the role.
You can now check the role’s Submitted bin to verify the talent was successfully sent.
