What is Chat Support?
Chat support is a feature that allows you to reach us directly through the website for live assistance with any questions or concerns you may have. This gives you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses while allowing our team to actively guide you to a resolution.
How to Reach Chat Support
Click on the chat bubble located in the lower left-hand corner of your account.
Once the bubble is selected, you will see a few options. Select TALENT ACCOUNT to ensure you are redirected to the correct support department.
Choose the option that best matches your specific request to help narrow down your question.
Answer the brief automated questions to help the support member find your account. Please provide the name and email address exactly as they are listed on your account.
Wait for a live team member to join the chat. Please allow a few minutes for a team member to reach out, as messages are answered in the order they are received.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm PT.
